One on One Energy Sessions
Energy body work (EBW) is a unique system developed by Reiki Master Anthony(Tony) Brizendine. Tony has been a Reiki Master for 25 years. Energy body work system is an integration of all various energy and healing techniques that he has studied. Tony has developed a great deal of experience and knowledge in his many years of practice. Energy work is grounded in the concept that the body is comprised of energy centers (chakras), located from head to toe. Each center is comprised of different vibrations, symbolizing deeper emotions and subconscious spiritual lessons. Tony supports the theory that disease and physical ailments are the result of energy blockage. The shutting down of a chakra depletes that specific body area of life energy (chi), thereby making it more susceptible to pain and illness. During a session his goal is to create balance by moving energy throughout the body, helping each center open and circulate chi freely–creating better physical and emotional well-being. His system integrates Reiki therapy, magnified healing, cranial sacral, Melchizedek Method, zero balancing, crystal therapy and regression techniques. What to expect: All EBW sessions are conducted fully clothed and lying on a massage table. Note: woman please do not wear a dress or skirt for appointments, best to wear comfortable loose clothing.

Cranial Sacral Session
Cranio Sacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the function of a physiological body system called the Cranio Sacral system. The Cranio Sacral system is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid which form the fluid-filled sac around the core of the nervous system - surrounding, nourishing, and protecting the brain and spinal cord. Like the pulse of the cardiovascular system, the Cranio Sacral system has a rhythm that can be felt throughout the body. Using a touch generally no heavier than the weight of a small coin, skilled practitioners can monitor this rhythm at key body areas to pinpoint the source of an obstruction or stress. Once a source has been determined, they can assist the natural movement of the fluid and related soft tissue to help the body self-correct. This simple action is often all it takes to remove a restriction. Other times, CST may be combined with other complementary therapies to help restore the body to it's optimum functioning level.

Reiki Workshops
Reiki (ray-key) is a Japanese style of channeling energy with Tibetan roots. It is a laying-on of hands energy healing technique. Energy has many names in different languages, in Japanese it's Ki, in Chinese it's Chi, Hindu it's called Prana and American new age refers to it as the universal light force. In Reiki, a channel has been opened to move energy, the practitioner learns how to help people open up energy blocks. This can be in the service of others or for oneself. It is anon-intrusive system that is performed fully clothed. The practitioner will gently touch the person receiving the energy. There are four levels of Reiki; Reiki I, Reiki II, Reiki III, and Master Reiki
